I've been away from the icon thing so long it took me forever to make one, which depresses me because I used to be all fast and my muse cared. My fandoms have expanded, yes. I love 24. This is a new thing, and Jack Bauer & Tony Almeida are made of great things.

I had a majorly weird coincidental moment the other day. I sent a letter to the BBC asking about audience tickets for Have I Got News For You, and I was watching a bit of Charmed with my mum the other day and happened off the mark to mention that my letter should have made it to London by now. And then the phone rang. "Hello, we've just received your letter regarding..."

It was awesome. Anyway, I have to wait until March before I can attempt to get tickets. And I will.

In other news I finally, after all my (and my family/friends) months of searching, own a red mug a la House's. Impossible to come by, I swear. And, and! omg, I got the giant Omar Epps poster from work. It's amazing and huge! I also have nowhere to put it at the moment which I'm pished about but still =D

Well, I decided that the Component layout was driving me up the wall. I've switched to the ever-popular and probably overused Boxer style with a little Sony 'Bouncing Balls' Bravia commercial header. That advert completely rocks.

A completely pointless post just to check my new LJ client is up and running after my big PC disaster last week. I've spent the better part of a day re-downloading fonts and tipping my room upside down looking for the Paintshop Pro 6 disc. Found it. Thank god.

Whatever, anyway, drop me a line if you stop by and let me know if the new look is completely horrendous or not =D

Alright, I know. The tiny boxes are getting out of hand.

I decided to make some Jack Johnson icons, because the lack of them around LJ is a bit shoddy. And then there's a mish mash of CSIcons from random episodes, because what's a good post without some investigative crimed scenes, eh? 0_o Anyways, credit for the Johnson caps is all on the wallflowered info page.

I've been making icons like there's no tomorrow since I finished college. All this free time! So, today I'm unloading CSI, House and War of the Worlds which I went to see this afternoon and thought was fantabulous (apart from the ending...cheated out of my (mum's) money there).

As a side note, I'm apologising for the influx of circles and tiny boxes...sometimes I just can't help myself.
